Customisation orders must be placed in-store and confirmed by an authorised sales representative.
All specifications, including but not limited to model, dimensions, configuration, fabric/leather selection, colour, stitching, leg finish, and any add-ons, must be reviewed and approved by the customer at the time of order.
The signed quotation form constitutes final approval of all customisation details.
Order Confirmation & Production
Production will commence only after full confirmation of specifications and receipt of 50% deposit or 100% full payment.
Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Any requested amendments must be submitted in writing within the agreed pre-production window and are subject to feasibility approval.
Approved changes may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
Pricing & Payment
Personalised products are produced specifically to customer specifications and are sold as final sale items.
Full payment must be completed prior to delivery scheduling.
Prices are confirmed at the time of order.
Any subsequent changes requested by the customer may incur additional charges.
This quotation will remain valid for 15 days from issuance.
Production & Delivery Timelines
Production and delivery timelines provided at the time of order are estimates and are subject to material availability, supplier schedules, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond the company’s control. Estimated timeline: 12 to 16 weeks.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or refund.
The company will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any material changes to estimated timelines.
Delivery & Acceptance
Customers must ensure site readiness and accurate access measurements prior to delivery.
Any re-delivery, storage, or failed delivery due to site constraints or access limitations may incur additional charges.
Upon delivery, the customer (or authorised representative) must inspect the product and sign the delivery note acknowledging receipt.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Customisations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has commenced.
Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval.
Defects & Claims
Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be identified and reported at the time of delivery, prior to signing the delivery note.
By signing the delivery document without notation of visible issues, the customer acknowledges receipt in good condition, except for latent manufacturing defects not reasonably detectable at the time of delivery.
Any concealed manufacturing defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
The company reserves the right to inspect the item prior to approving any repair, replacement, or remedy.
Material Characteristics
Natural variations in colour, shade, texture, grain, veining, and softness are inherent characteristics of materials such as leather, wood, marble, and fabric.
Fabric dye may vary slightly from store samples.
These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or compensation.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects in structure and workmanship.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, exposure to sunlight or humidity, and commercial usage (unless explicitly agreed) are excluded.
Warranty duration and scope are defined in the separate warranty certificate provided at purchase.
Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component at its discretion.
No consequential, incidental, or indirect damages shall be claimable.

Redemption
The gift card is valid for one-time use only.
It is redeemable exclusively in-store at all Chattels & More locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Customers must provide their registered mobile number and Emirates ID at the time of redemption for verification.
Usage Restrictions

Balance & Value
