Accessories
Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days from purchase date, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Online purchases may be refunded or exchanged within seven (7) days from purchase date, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items can be returned to any Chattels & More store.
Furniture Orders
Full-priced furniture items purchased in-store may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement and before delivery for a full refund.
Online furniture purchases can only be refunded or returned at the time of delivery. Returns may be in the form of a refund, credit note or exchange.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made (Special Order) items
Discounted or "Last Chance to Buy" items
Purchases made using store credit
Items that have been installed or delivered
Products falling under hygiene regulations, including mattresses, pillows, bed linen, etc
Special categories such as fresh flower
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for six (6) months, redeemable at any Chattels & More store or online.
Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
A redelivery or collection fee of AED 300 will apply.
Gift Vouchers & Account Credit
Gift vouchers and account credit can be redeemed at any Chattels & More store or online.
Gift vouchers and account credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced (in that order).
If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be considered at the company's discretion.
Storage Policy
Free storage is available for up to 60 days, only for orders placed in-store.
After 60 days, a monthly storage fee of 5% of the order value will apply for a maximum of two (2) additional months.
If the order remains uncollected after this period, it will be canceled and returned to inventory, with all applicable charges deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty
Furniture items are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Accessories, soft furnishings, and items made from natural materials with inherent variations are not considered defective.
The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and does not cover normal wear and tear.
